Journal Pages

Journal Pages is a rich-text editor for writing trade notes, post-session reflections, or anything else you want to keep alongside your performance data. Pages save automatically as you type.

Pages and Sidebar

All your journal pages are listed in the sidebar on the left, sorted by most recently updated.

Click any page in the sidebar to open it in the editor.

On mobile, the sidebar is accessible via the menu icon in the header row.

The new page button is in the top-right of the header row. You can also press Cmd+N (Mac) or Ctrl+N (Windows) to create a new page from anywhere on the journal.

Create and navigate pages from the sidebar.

Create a new page

  1. Open Journal Pages from the sidebar under Journal.
  2. Click the new page button in the top-right of the header, or press Cmd+N / Ctrl+N.
  3. A blank page opens in the editor. Type a title in the title field at the top.

Delete a page

  1. Hover over the page in the sidebar to reveal the delete button.
  2. Click the trash icon and confirm the deletion.

Writing and Formatting

Each page has a title field at the top and a rich-text body below.

The toolbar above the editor provides formatting controls: Bold, Italic, Underline, text color, highlight color, bullet list, numbered list, task list, and text alignment.

You can also paste or drop images directly into the editor body.

Pages save automatically a moment after you stop typing. You do not need to press a save button.

Autosave

The editor saves your changes automatically. There is no manual save button.

If you are offline, changes are queued and saved as soon as your connection is restored.

If the same page is open in two tabs and both make changes, a conflict dialog appears. You can choose to keep your local version or reload the server version.
